The products offered for sale are those appearing on the website on the day of consultation by the customer, subject to stock availability.

1000 Puffs reserves the right to modify its products at any time and to remove any reference to a product from the website at any time.

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), excluding delivery costs.

1000 Puffs reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of products available for sale. The order will only be considered accepted after sending the order confirmation email by 1000 Puffs.

The customer is required to check the good condition of the product upon receipt and to report any anomaly within 48 hours.

Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. Credit card payments are secured thanks to SSL encryption.

Payment is due immediately upon order. In case of payment default, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from receipt of the order.

Delivery times are given for guidance only and cannot engage the liability of 1000 Puffs in case of delay.

Delivery costs are calculated according to weight and destination. They are indicated before order validation.

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.

The products must be returned in their original condition, intact and unused. Return costs are the customer's responsibility.

1000 Puffs undertakes to deliver products conforming to the order and free from apparent defects.

In case of non-conformity or defect, the customer can request the exchange or refund of the product.

These GTCS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after failure of any attempt to find an amicable solution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
